An excellent
example of 3 facet Victorian hipped backed conservatory on a bungalow
This has a glass roof, but can also be supplied with polycarbonate.
Ventilation is gained by roof ventilators, this first area that
warms up in a conservatory, hot area rises, so by fitting roof ventilators
in the roof you remove this hot air and stay cool.
The windows
have a transom bar and allow both top and bottom windows to open
and give good ventilation.
The conservatory
sits on a 600 mm high base wall built in corresponding brickwork
to the bungalow. French doors open out to the front onto a flagged
stone patio leading to the gardens.
